early check infaulty coffee makerglass wall
the staff worked hard to accommodate our request for an early check in.
The coffee maker in the room did not work, so my husband had to leave very early to find coffee. It was quite inconvenient. i also thought the glass wall between the shower and bedroom was a strange design choice for a family room. a blind offered some privacy, but the setup felt odd.

i found the location ideal for accessing the queen elizabeth theatre. restaurants were within easy walking distance. the staff was friendly and helpful, consistently finding ways to assist me.
i noticed that the air conditioning unit was quite noisy. it was a bit distracting, especially during the night. this issue was also mentioned by other guests in their reviews.

My family and i enjoyed the two queen room. Its size suited our needs well. the hotel offers a well-kept pool and fitness center. the lobby is amazing with very kind staff.
I noticed the room looked dark, facing a side street. The balcony lacked a proper view.
